The goal of TGFM is to help children and adolescents develop strength, coordination, mobility and agility in a safe and enjoyable way. Because it embraces simple exercises and removes the need for hefty fitness equipment, it can be incorporated into any Physical Education class. The versatility of the method also enables and encourages the participation of all children and adolescents.
