HELLO,
I'm Plamen - the visionary behind THE GYMNAST FIT METHOD. A long time certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience coaching gymnastics. My professional journey has been defined by an unwavering passion for fitness and a commitment to helping individuals of all ages and abilities unlock their full potential.
My academic foundation includes a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, as well as various certifications such as C.O.R.F.I.T., British Gymnastics L2 and CIMSPA Personal Trainer. Furthermore my competitive background and dedication to various sports - from swimming to skiing - has bolstered my understanding of a wide range of physical activities.
My diverse career occupations have had one rule in common - helping people be healthier. Yet, my primary field of expertise began to take shape when I took role in organising inclusive sporting events and to coach gymnastics. Throughout the years I've cultivated a unique approach to fitness. Markedly, to blend the art of gymnastics with effective personal training techniques. All of this, together with my devotion to promoting physical activity and well-being, has lead me to the development of THE GYMNAST FIT METHOD.
The vision of THE GYMNAST FIT METHOD is to empower individuals to achieve their fitness goals while fostering a love for physical activity. More alarmingly the overall reduction in physical activity levels has been proven by studies to contributes to potential cardiovascular and musculoskeletal issues.

As the method developed, an exciting realisation emerged.
